We are urgently hiring for a Project Manager, 6-month extendable contract for our client, a Big-4 Consulting Firm, for a project in Saudi Arabia.

  • Experience in Maintaining the IT portfolio register of 100+ projects, while communicating with several stakeholders at the client- should have an understanding of IT portfolio management.

Responsibilities

The candidate must Oversee and supervise a resource that will be responsible of establishing and enforcing the PMO governance and reporting for the client portfolio of IT projects
• Must have experience in Supporting IT demand management activities for the change requests. The individual should have good knowledge of Jira and the ability to analyze and understand data to provide recommendations in demand management.
• Should have an understanding to Develop the project status report and support in conducting IT capacity planning and resource utilization exercises.
• Experience in Establishing and enforcing the PMO governance for 100+ projects and oversee that the respective project managers are providing accurate updates in a timely manner.
• The candidate must develop a monthly presentation for the top management in Arabic language
